We have a portfolio of domains for sale or on auction. These domains are either owned by us (Creylitihosting or Creyliti) or one of our customers. If you have a domain name for sale, we can provide the service to assist you in selling your domains. If you want to acquire a domain, which is already registered, we also can provide the service to assist you in acquiring that domain.¹

Please take note on our policies regarding our domain sales/auctions :

• The domains in our selling portfolio are owned either by us (Creylitihosting.com, Creyliti) or by one of our customers.
• For all customers worldwide, you can go either through the Marketplace auction/bidding/offer process, or contact us directly to make an offer or negotiate.
• For customers living in Belgium and The Netherlands and most Western EU countries, we can process the transaction directly, without a 3rd party, through a standard "order and invoice" process. However, if desired, we can use an escrow service, which protects both parties. If applicable, the escrow processing fee will be paid by the buyer.
• For all other international customers, the escrow service is mandatory.
• Most domains we sell from our portfolio have a set minimum bid, or reserve price. Although we may be willing to negotiate, and we will review any fair bid, we are not bound to any offer below the reserve price or minimum bid

What is the Escrow process ?

This process has been developed to protect both buyer and seller, during a transaction of an article (which can be material goods, electronic goods, etc...). The process is overseen and managed by a trusted "3rd party". This service is independend fro Creylitihosting.com. We are using the escrow service This is how it works :

1. When an agreement is established between buyer and seller, a sales contract will be drawn up (depending on the needs of buyer & seller, this can be anything from a very simple electronic letter or agreement, to a detailed custom contract)
2. We inform the Escrow service.
3. The buyer places the agreed/negotiated sales price (including processing fee IF applicable) for the domain into an Escrow account.
4. The escrow service will notify us, requesting that we transfer the domain to the buyer
5. The escrow service will await confirmation from the buyer,that the transfer has been executed
6. Once the buyer is confirmed to be the new owner, the escrow service will release the funds to the selle
7. This concludes the transaction.

1 These services do not provide a guaranteed success! When we try to sell your domain, there will be no cost until your domain is actually sold. Upon a successfull transaction, we will charge a commission. (please contact us for detail, so we can provide you with more details depending on your needs) While we try to acquire a domain for you, in some cases there may be a brokerage fee, however, you will be informed upfront during the process if that is the case.
